While working at Lockton Companies as a graphic designer for their Northeast Series. I met with the founders of "thrive" to discuss a logo design for a group of curious, forward-thinking HR leaders looking to build a platform and community for connection, learning, and shared innovative ideas.
This was a chance to envision a word mark that would serve as a "beacon of light" for HR professionals in the industry.
Beacon of light would serve as my inspiration, drawing from the literal image of a lighthouse–with Maine being home to over 60 historic lighthouses dotted along its craggy coastline. These safeguard landmarks are quintessential New England experiences.
